The room furniture felt somewhat dated and some of the housekeepers acted like we weren’t staying in the room.

The resort is just amazing , my kids loved the resort so much , the buffet is perfect all kind of food u want, so tasty. All the staff friendly and nice.We even had a small problem in our room , they’ve changed it for us and upgraded the room for us which is so kind of them .

The facilities of entertainment.The food is delicious and varied.

No noise cancelation in the room.The blanket size for single and small.The sound of music too high and works until late of night.Behavior of some staff at the reception and facilities.Value for money (At least provide airport shuttle service for free or at a nominal price).

This is our second time here and it did not disappoint. The resort is amazing. The food is great and there is a lot of variety. There is a lot for the kids to do.

This year we felt that the room service was not as good as last year. When we needed something we had to ask several times before it was fixed.

1. The hotel puts a lot of effort into the entertainment at night which was nice and cleaning around the pool and eating areas was also impressive 2. The activity guy Hamza is the nicest sweetest and most welcoming out of all the staff i encountered. He is someone the IC teams should hang on to.

1. The room’s cleanliness is not at a 5 star level hotel. The amount of hair I found on the floor, bed, and pillows was discussing. I stopped asking for room clean up and just cleaned the room on my own. The hallway carpet was dirty and stinky.2. Lobby bar staff are unwelcoming and rude. I waited for 5 minutes and the ladies were having conversations knowing I was standing and waiting and ignored me. The lady’s name who ignored me on several occasions was Gulizar. She shouldn’t be customer facing.3. The girl who does flying yoga and pool fitness hates her job. She’s trying to be as nice as she could but she doesn’t help and is careless to anyone’s performance.4. The kids club was useless for our 9 year olds. The nice activities were early in the morning which they missed everyday. 5. Staff at the reception were not helpful at all. Which 5 star hotel doesn’t have a service where you can’t order a ride and pay by visa?? Taxi is only by cash and if you don’t have enough then you can’t leave the hotel. I even suggested that they pay for me and bill it to my room. No help at all6. The girl at the pasta station behind the pool bar was so cold. She stands over you and watches you while putting the food . One time I haven’t finished and turned my back to mix the plate, and she just started putting the food away.

- Very good selection of food, all food was labeled with allergens with was very helpful, but there as not a lot of gluten-free alternatives. - Quality of food and drinks was very good- Staff were helpful and nice. - Lots of activities throughout the day.- Although we did not travel with kids this time, it seemed like it would be a perfect place for them with the available facilities and events throughout the day.

- Room was smaller than pictured. - Room cleanliness could have been improved.- Air conditioning was very necessary even at night, but it was quite loud and difficult to sleep with- Beach area including chairs and walks were not cleaned on a regular basis.

It was great stay in the hotel. Quite big territory and a lot of fun for kids. Definitely this hotel is made for families with children. In the restaurant they have separate corner for kids with cute little tables and special menu for them, as well as even formula for the little one. In general it was amazing experience in the restaurant both with food and drinks. And my favorite one was this lovely coffee cafe next to the beach. The service was quite good, staff very responsive and friendly. Spa was super good!!! Kids club was great as well, big and many activities!It was easy to reach the city Kadriye by taxi (15€ one way or 25€ both ways). There is mall and aqua park near by as well.

The hotel itself is old already, the corridors’ carpet is old and smelly, which creates the negative impression. Room service takes ages to get something, however they do well when they rich your room. But I had to wait for few hours and keep on reminding about my request.There is no lifeguard near kids swimming pool with slides.

Truly all inclusive. All meals, snacks, kids club, activites, water slides and pools. Tailored for kids. Kids buffet was so cute. Everything was great.

The food has a big variety but the taste isnt the best

We loved everything

The hotel was a true enjoyment, with exceptional food, a great atmosphere and mostly helpful staff. Our room was very clean and quite big, with various room amenities and a free minibar. It was so relieving being able to just walk into the restaurant, bar or clubhouse order some food or a drink and just get it for free. As promised this was really a super duper all inclusive hotel at a good price. I would still offer a little critic. The slides were not running even when we were told, when we just arrived at the hotel, that they would be open. Although most of the staff was kind and helpful, the guy at the icebox shrugged unknowingly when my son pointed at the ice cream he wanted and when my son deliberately hat to point at it in the box, the guy just threw it out the little window. Then there was the cleaning staff, which had their little room full of equipment right next to my wife's room. In the afternoon, while she was taking a nap, the cleaning ladies just blabbered around not even caring about my wife and my son trying to sleep. These issues should be addressed with both the cleaning crew and if found the guy in the ice cream box. Still a wonderful hotel and stay!!

I stayed at this hotel during the winter season and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was nice. The kids’ area was small, but it was open even in winter, which we appreciated. However, there was no dedicated kids’ space in the restaurant, which would’ve been a helpful addition for families. Despite that, everything else was well-organized, and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff members were generally accommodating and helpful! We were grateful for the warm welcome, especially the offered free upgrade to our rooms, as well as some complimentary restaurant reservations for free. The food was great, it was fantastic! In fact, I am inspired to learn the recipe with some of the dishes that I've tried in the hotel. The place was undeniably relaxing, and I enjoyed the nightclub with your exceptional performers. They've got good choice of music to serenade you and fill the moment with just the right amount of chill vibes.

Good hotel if you are on holiday with your family and children, a large children's club with interesting activities, the children liked it. Large area with outdoor and indoor pools. Very good cuisine, however, despite the great variety, it is always the same food and drinks and after a week all the dishes seem the same. But everything is very tasty, the chef is great. Very friendly staff.

Very high audibility in the rooms, it was auwful. You will hear everything that is happening behind the wall and in the corridor at any time of day and night, there is no soundproofing.

Beautiful landscape, amazing sea, helpful people, truly kids-friendly, good food. Great to have a pool during winter. The mall nearby is amazing.

Limited space for walks with a stroller. 28 degrees water in the pool is cold for a 18 months toddler.

The hotel setting was really nice. Staff are very hard working to please hotel guests. They are warm abd helpful at all times. The buffer is amazing.

We are 3 kg on plus after holidays ;) The food is delicious but now we are going on a diet ;) The people are very very kindly, even if some tourits are unpolite to them, they are overnatural kind and friendly. I wish You only nice guests who can be gratefull for your work. Thanks for all!

The Service was great, and people were very polite.

The only thing I didn’t like was the menu in the Japanese restaurant. It would be great if the offer more options.
